The latest phase of 88 Queen condos will be a 51-storey condo tower with 558 residential units. Those units come in a variety of layouts, with 290 one-bedroom plus den suites, 211 two-bedroom plus den suites, and 57 three-bedroom plus den suites. This includes three exclusive penthouse units, which have three bedrooms and have two floors.
The residential part of the building is on top of a seven-storey, mixed-use podium level. This podium level will contain a mix of retail, office and amenity space. Retail will be on the ground floor, office space will occupy floors two to five, and floors six and seven will be dedicated to indoor and outdoor amenity space that is exclusive to residents.
