Bloor Promenade

Welcome to Bloor Promenade – the latest phase in the exciting Islington Terrace development that is just steps from the subway.
The project’s third and final phase – first two phases sold out fast
The third and final phase in Tridel’s impressive Islington Terrace development, Bloor Promenade will complete the planned community and provide another exciting range of condos for buyers to choose from, while also offering some of the best transport links around.
Coming hot on the heels of the successful launches of Islington Terrace and Bloorvista – which are both already sold out – Bloor Promenade will be connected to the other two buildings by a podium level that boasts an impressive array of amenities, as illustrated in the gallery below. Combined with the outdoor spaces available, it all adds up to over 50,000 square feet of space for amenities and will leave you struggling to find reasons to ever leave.
Some of the best transport links in the GTA
When you do decide to head out, you’ll find some of the best transport links in the GTA at your doorstep. Islington Station is just steps away and gives you easy access to most of Toronto and further afield. The station is the penultimate stop on the west end of the Bloor-Danforth line, which means you can head east and get to the downtown core in around half an hour or go one stop west then jump on the TTC’s Airport Rocket to take your directly to Pearson Airport in a short amount of time. It’s not only the TTC that you have at your doorstep, with Kipling GO station just a short distance away and the miWAY bus service available from Islington Station.
There’s more to the area than just the transport links because there is plenty to see and enjoy nearby. Bloor Promenade will place you in Islington Village – a neighbourhood known as “Toronto’s Village of Murals” because of the 25 murals painted by John Kuna along Dundas St. You’ll also be just a short distance from Bloor West Village and the great range of restaurants and entertainment options that it serves up. Meanwhile, for fans of golf, Islington golf club is just a few minutes away and offers an 18-hole par 72 course for you to take on – the largest of the many green spaces you’ll find in the area.
Bloor Promenade offers suites from one bedroom up to two bedrooms plus den and prices start as low as $282,500.
