e2 Condos
Published on September 29, 2017
Following on from the successful launch of eCondos, which sold out quickly and with record prices, e2 Condos will be offering more of the same – quality living in a quality location.
Building Details
e2 will feature over 450 suites, with layouts available that offer one bedroom, one bedroom + den, two bedrooms, two bedrooms + den, and three bedrooms. The building will include 13,734 sq ft of indoor amenity space, which includes kids and teen zones, a games room, a dog spa and more. Outside there will be a park plus a large terrace with a barbecue area.
Neighbourhood Details
Of course, when you’re based at Yonge and Eglinton, you don’t have to look very far for quality distractions. Some of the best shops and restaurants in the city will be at your doorstep, in addition to clubs, offices, and the various amenities you’d expect from such a well-established community. With e2, you also get direct indoor access to the Yonge-Eglinton Centre, with its shops, supermarket, gym, Silver City theatres, and a multitude of food options.
Yonge and Eglinton has always been a desirable place to live and recently ranked first in the Toronto Life Ultimate Neighbourhood Rankings. With the development of ePlace, which includes both eCondos and e2, a huge amount of retail and office space will be added to this already dynamic part of Toronto. That will just add to the many reasons you can list to call Yonge and Eglinton home.
Transport
With direct indoor access to Eglinton Subway Station, residents of e2 Condos will enjoy quick and easy access to the rest of Toronto. The station is currently on the Yonge-University Line of the TTC subway, which gives options to travel downtown in under 20 minutes or connect to Bloor-Danforth and Sheppard Lines by taking a short journey south or north.
Those subway links help to give the location a transit score of 94/100 but that is sure to increase in the near future thanks to the development of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT. The service is scheduled to open in 2021 – just before the completion of e2 – and will run from Mount Dennis station (Weston Rd & Eglinton Ave W) in the west to Kennedy station (Transway Crescent & Eglinton Ave E) in the east, quickly transporting passengers across the city. As with the current line, residents of e2 condos will have direct indoor access to the Eglinton Crosstown LRT.
