Following the successful launch of the west tower at DuEast, comes the latest phase of in the award-winning development from Daniels Corporation: DuEast Boutique East Residence.
Development Details
DuEast Boutique is one of the more exciting condo developments in the award-winning transformation of Regent Park. It is an 11-storey mid-rise tower with 119 units ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom. As with all developments by Daniels Corporation, you can also be assured of the quality of the work involved. What’s more, since development work has already begun, the move-in date for DuEast Boutique will come a lot sooner than for other new condos.
The East residence will be connected to DuEast west tower by a podium level and the shared amenities will be located in that area. Indoors there will be a fitness club with yoga studio, cardio centre and crossfit zone, a kids’ zone for children to play in, a media room, a social lounge, a party room, and a social lounge. On the outdoor terrace, residents will find a barbecue area, a play zone for children, community gardening plots, outdoor lounges.
Neighbourhood Details
The development of DuEast Boutique is part of phase three of the incredible transformation of Regent Park. The first two phases saw the building of a variety of new condo towers, retail buildings, and office space in and around Dundas St East. The highlight of these initial phases was the creation of a new six-acre park and the Regent Park Aquatic Centre, which are both located across Sumach St from DuEast.
These new developments have transformed the community and encouraged a wide range of people and businesses to start calling it home. There is a clean, modern look to the area, and a wide range of services and big store names are available nearby. What’s more, because of the fantastic location, areas like Cabbagetown, the Garden District, and Toronto’s downtown core are just a few minutes away.
Transport
Perhaps the best feature of DuEast Boutique is that it is just steps away from a TTC streetcar stop. Step out of your home and hop straight onto a streetcar and be in downtown Toronto within minutes. It’s the kind of feature that normally comes at a big premium and will be of huge benefit to the residents of both buildings at DuEast.
If you’re heading away from Toronto, this is also a great location. There’s an entrance to the northbound side of the Don Valley Parkway just one minute away by car and the Gardiner Expressway can be reached in under ten minutes.
