Canopy Towers – Development Details
There will be multiple condo developments at Canopy Towers and the first, tower A, will stand at 34 storeys. In tower A, the main tower will stand on top of a wide, 6-storey podium level, which will also contain a wide range of suites. The building will contain 497 residential suites, ranging from 435 to 1,400 square feet, and their locations, whether podium or tower, can be found in the floorplans linked on this page.
Following the successful launch of the Canopy Towers first project, the highly anticipated second development has now started. Phase 2 will be 2 new towers at 21 and 38 storeys high, joined by a 6 storey podium level. These new towers will contain 755 residential suites, and will even have a retail space on the ground floor. The Canopy Towers 2 is set to be a huge success, and will contain all the same luxurious amenities as the Phase 1 development.
Suites at Canopy Towers condos will have a wide range of features. This includes a choice of granite or quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, undermount bathroom sinks, “European-style” kitchen cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, built-in dishwasher, stacked washer/dryer, 9’ ceilings on residential levels, smart door locks, smart control hub, and individual suite thermostats.
The building itself has a wide range of amenities including, but not limited to: a pet wash, a sports lounge, a party room, a dining room, a media room, a cards room, an exercise room, a yoga studio, a sauna, a swimming pool, a whirlpool, and two outdoor terraces.
Maintenance fees at Canopy Towers condos will be approximately $0.59/sq. ft./month but will not include hydro, which will be individually metered. The fees include Rogers high speed internet up to 1GB/30MB. Parking spaces are also available and can be bought for $45,000 with all units except for bachelor (studio) suites. Parking space will add an additional maintenance of $50 per month.
Canopy 2 – Tower B Release
September 2024 will see the third and final release in this high-demand development, featuring 522 suites across 39 floors with prices starting from the high $400,000s. Suite sizes range from 425 to 775 sq. ft., offering studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom plus den, and 2-bedroom layouts. Monthly maintenance fees are $0.62 per square foot, with water and hydro metered separately.
Maintenance feeds for Canopy Towers 2 will be approximately $0.62/Sq. Ft. per month, but will not include hydro or water, which will be individually metered. The fees will include Rogers High Speed Bulk Internet up to 1Gb/30Mb, and parking spaces are also available for $50.00 per month.
Neighbourhood Details
Canopy Towers is located close to Eglinton and Hurontario, meaning it is just north of Square One shopping centre and downtown Mississauga. That puts a wealth of amenities within easy reach of residents, whether it be shops, restaurants, local services, recreational or event facilities, or parks and sports fields.
