Following the successful launch of the first three phases of the master-planned M City community, developers Urban Capital and Rogers Real Estate Development Ltd are now the launching the latest exciting phase: M4 Condos. This 67-storey condo with an 8-storey podium will have a total of 954 residential units available to buyers. The mixed-use building will also contain 661 square metres of retail space, mostly at grade.

As part of the M City development, M4 condos will offer its residents a wide range of amenities. The overall development will include nine towers on a 15-acre piece of land in downtown Mississauga. The master-planned development includes wide green spaces, over two acres of new parkland, and links to existing parks and trails in the area.

M4 condos is located in the bustling and growing downtown area of Mississauga. It is an area full of life and things to do, whether it be shopping at nearby Square One, activities at any of the many recreational centres nearby, or enjoyment of the city’s civic celebrations that take place nearby. It’s a location where residents can live, work and play, with much of what you may need available within easy reach. That is highlighted by the impressive 90/100 walk score that the location boasts.

It’s a good area for getting around as well. The transit score of 67/100 tells part of the story, with quality bus services available nearby. It will get better in the near future as the Hurontario LRT is currently under construction and Square One will be a major stopping point on that line. With major highways and GO train stations also close by, there will be plenty of options for getting around when you live at M4 condos.
