Few details have been released about Alias condos so far but there is an indication of what to expect in the planning application submitted to the City of Toronto. According to those plans. Alias will be a 45-storey condo with 497 residential suites. The suites will have layouts from studio to three bedrooms and will range in size from 362 to 1,439 square feet.
Alias condos will have a total of 14,413 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space which will be mostly located on floors 2, 6 and 13. In addition to this, there will be 6,491 sq. ft. of outdoor amenities which includes outdoor terraces on floors 6 and 13.
In addition to residential suites and amenities, the building will include 7,272 sq. ft. of commercial space, with the vast majority of it located on the ground floor and fronting onto Church Street, Lombard Street and Richmond Street East.
In terms of local amenities, it doesn’t get much better than this. Alias condos has a near-perfect walk score of 98/100 and a similarly high bike score of 94/100. That means that almost all day-to-day activities can be carried out on foot or bike die to the wealth of amenities and services nearby.
