Artform condos will be a 17-storey condominium building with 336 residential units inside. There will be one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den layouts and these will range from 475 to 885 sq. ft. in indoor floor space. In addition, all units at Artform condos will have a balcony for residents to enjoy some outdoor space.

Prices for units start in the $400,000s and over 80% of units will be priced under $600,000.
The building will contain around 17,500 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor amenities. These will be located on the ground floor and second floor and will include a party room, a screening room, a bar, an outdoor courtyard, an outdoor lounge, a fitness centre, a yoga room, a library, and a co-working lounge.
Neighbourhood Details
Located in the Cooksville neighbourhood, Artform condos might be a commuter’s dream. It is just 1km away from Cooksville GO train station, which provides services to Union Station in downtown Toronto – a journey that takes as little as 31 minutes. In the near future, the new Hurontario LRT will open in Mississauga and that will provide even more transit options for local residents. The LRT will have a station on the south side of Dundas and Hurontario – just steps away from Artform Condos. If you’re driving, there are also excellent connections because the Queen Elizabeth Way is just a five-minute drive away, while Highway 403 is only eight minutes away.
