Birchcliff Urban Towns is located on the south-east corner of Kingston Avenue & Birchcliff Avenue in the Birch Cliff neighbourhood in Scarborough. It’s just a few hundred metres away from Lake Ontario and it’s likely that some of the rooftop terraces will have views of the lake.
