Introducing Birchcliff Urban Towns – a new collection of urban townhomes just steps from the lake in east Toronto’s Birch Cliff neighbourhood.
Development Details – Birchcliff Urban Towns
The 52 homes are described by the developer as “modern Townhomes designed for a contemporary lifestyle.” They have a modern look on the outside, with facades of red brick and beige stone that are complemented by large windows. The homes are arranged around a landscaped central garden that will prove to be a meeting and relaxation point for residents. Secure underground parking for cars will keep traffic separate and help maintain an air of tranquility.
Each of the two-storey stacked townhomes comes with an open-concept layout, adding to the airy feel created by the large windows. All models have space for outdoor living, in the form of either a garden or a rooftop terrace with potential lake views. There is a good choice of models for buyers to choose from, with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts that range from 1,062 to 1,594 square feet. The homes all come with a wide range of features and finishes as standard, including premium features like a choice of quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms. Register with us to find out more about all the different features.
Neighbourhood Details
Birchcliff Urban Towns is located on the south-east corner of Kingston Avenue & Birchcliff Avenue in the Birch Cliff neighbourhood in Scarborough. It’s just a few hundred metres away from Lake Ontario and it’s likely that some of the rooftop terraces will have views of the lake. Harding Parkette, which overlooks the lake is just 300 metres away and is a beautifully spot to enjoy the outdoors.
While the neighbourhood is towards the east end of Toronto, it is still well connected to central areas. Nearby GO train and TTC subway stations can be reached with relative ease and provide fast and efficient ways to get towards downtown Toronto and elsewhere in the city. Meanwhile, the good local transit system gives the opportunity to reach other popular areas in the east of the city, such Danforth Village and the Beaches.
