Bridge House at Brightwater will be a three-tower project with the 15-storey Bridge House North and 6-storey Bridge House East in the first release, and the Bridge House South tower set to be released at a later date. The three towers will be connected by two glass bridges.
In the initial release of the north and east towers, there are condo suites and townhouses with layouts from studio to four bedrooms and ranging in size from 425 to 2,200+ square feet.
