Located at 214 Church Street on the northeast corner of Church and Dundas, Centricity condos will be a single-tower, mixed-use development rising 560 feet and with 53 storeys. The ground floor will have 2,661 sq. ft. of retail space, with much of it fronting onto Church Street. The remainder of the building will be residential space and will contain a total of 594 units. The units will have a range of layouts and the floorplans at Centricity condos will include studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus media, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus media, two-bedroom plus den, three-bedroom, three-bedroom plus media, and three-bedroom plus den.
Indoor and outdoor amenities will mostly be located on floors 3, 6 and 7. In total, there will be 12,788 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space and 7,673 sq. ft. of outdoor amenity space for residents to enjoy. Amenities available include a fitness centre, yoga room, meditation room, screening room, party room, kids playroom, games room, co-working space, content creator space, outdoor terrace, outdoor gym, outdoor co-working space, outdoor bar, outdoor kids play area, outdoor party room, BBQs, outdoor lounge, outdoor games area, garden, dog run, and more.
There will be four underground levels in the development, with the bottom three containing parking spaces for 63 vehicles. The first underground floor will contain 579 of the 596 available bike parking spaces in the building.

Centricity condos is located in the heart of downtown, with almost unlimited amenities nearby.
