Introducing Connectt by Lindvest – a new urban master-planned community in Milton with both condos and towns.
Development Details
Connectt will be a completely new, modern community in a prime Milton location. It will include three 20-storey condominium towers and a selection of townhomes. The towers are set around a central courtyard with tranquil urban gardens for residents to enjoy.
The first tower will have condo units with one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus den layouts that will range from 525 to 970 sq. ft. in floor space. Suites will have 9’ smooth ceilings, stainless steel appliances, custom kitchen cabinetry, quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, individually controlled heating and cooling, and a balcony, terrace or patio.
Townhomes in phase one of Connectt will have either two bedrooms plus a den or three bedrooms and will be between 1,180 and 1314 square feet.
Maintenance fees for condo suites are expected to be approximately $0.60/sq. ft. per month, excluding water, hydro, heating and cooling, parking, locker, and internet. Townhome maintenance fees are fixed at $649.95 per unit per month.
A wide range of amenities are planned for Connectt including a state-of-the-art gym, co-working spaces, wi-fi lounges, a pet spa, a party room, an outdoor terrace with al fresco lounge, a rooftop terrace with an outdoor pool, and landscaped courtyard with splash pad and children’s outdoor play area. Some of these amenities will be contained within the tower, while others will be community amenities and will be added later.
