Development Details – Duo Condos
Duo Condos consists of two 26-storey towers joined by a podium level with approximately 800 residential suites in total. Phase 1 is a release of 349 suites in tower one. There are a variety of layouts, from studio suites to two-bedroom plus flex suites. There is one studio model, which is 428 sq. ft. and is located on the fourth floor. The one-bedroom suites are located on all residential floors and range in size from 438 to 627 sq. ft. in floor space. The one-bedroom plus flex suites have an additional room that might also be referred to as a den and the models come with either one bathroom (580 to 638 sq. ft.) or two bathrooms (618 to 622 sq. ft.). The two-bedroom suites are from 678 to 840 sq. ft. and will be on all residential floors. Finally, the two-bedroom plus flex suites are from 818 to 844 sq. ft. and are only available on floors three to seven.
According to the developers, maintenance at Duo Condos is expected to be approximately $0.63/sq. ft. per month. A parking space is included with suites that are one-bedroom plus flex and larger and there will be an additional maintenance fee of $69.95/month. For buyers of smaller suites, there is a waitlist for parking spaces. Lockers are available to purchase with suites and will have a maintenance fee of $19.95/month.
In addition to the spacious suites, Duo Condos will offer lots of indoor and outdoor amenities for its residents. Inside, there will be a gym, co-working space, kids’ playroom, party room, and dining room with catering kitchen.
