Edenbridge by Tridel – a prestigious new condo and townhome development on The Kingsway in Etobicoke
About Edenbridge
Edenbridge is located on the edge of one of Toronto’s most desirable neighbourhoods: The Kingsway. It is an affluent area known for some impressive single-family homes and boasting lots of amenities and green space.
Edenbridge itself overlooks green space and offers buyers a choice of exclusive condo residences or garden townhomes. Edenbridge is nine storeys tall, with the townhomes taking up the lower levels. Floorplans have not been released yet but will be available soon and they are sure to contain a mix of family-friendly homes and smaller units suitable for individuals and couples. Make sure to register with us to connect with one of our and receive updates like the floorplans as soon as they are available.
Neighbourhood
Located in a well-established part of Etobicoke, Edenbridge gives its residents easy access to many local amenities. The walks score of 72/100 shows that many day-today tasks can be completed on foot and a little look around will confirm that for you. Just steps away from Edenbridge is Humbertown Shopping Centre – a small mall containing 37 shops, restaurants, businesses and amenities, including big names like Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO and Loblaws. A little farther away on Dundas Street, there are more shops and businesses for the benefit of local residents.
Fro outdoor fun, there are also lots of options. The Humber River winds its way through Etobicoke close to Edenbridge and there are woods and trails to navigate along its shores. Elsewhere, as you’d expect in a well-established neighbourhood, there are a variety of parks and other recreational activities available.
Transit
Although the 60/100 transit score may not seem overly impressive, it actually indicates that there are many transit options around Edenbridge. In fact, from the bus stop that will be just steps away from Edebridge, you can get a bus to Royal York subway station, with the journey taking as little as five minutes. That station is on the TTC’s line 2: the Bloor-Danforth line that runs west to east through the city and connects to line 1. That makes it very easy to get around the city from Edenbridge and perhaps easier than from some more central locations.
