The city hosts many of its events nearby, there are many recreational opportunities, and there are a good number of parks nearby. This all combines to give the location a very impressive walk score of 92/100, which indicates that the majority of day-to-day activities can be carried out on foot.
EX3 Condos also has excellent transit links nearby. Square One is already something of a transit hub, with a large bus station and services operating in all directions. In the near future, the area will also benefit form the new Hurontario LRT, which is set to modernize and transform public transit in Mississauga. The launch of that LRT should occur before the completion of the Exchange District, which means residents will be able to enjoy the benefits of the new LRT form the moment that they move in.
