Maintenance feeds for Canopy Towers 2 will be approximately $0.62/Sq. Ft. per month, but will not include hydro or water, which will be individually metered. The fees will include Rogers High Speed Bulk Internet up to 1Gb/30Mb, and parking spaces are also available for   $50.00 per month.

Canopy Towers is located close to Eglinton and Hurontario, meaning it is just north of Square One shopping centre and downtown Mississauga.
