House of Assembly condos is the first phase in a three-condo development in the master-planned community known as Sterling Junction. The first phase will be a 17-storey building with 254 residential units. According to the floorplans, there will be one-bedroom models from 489 to 508 square feet, one-bedroom plus den models from 590 to 687 square feet, two-bedroom models from 675 to 737 square feet, two-bedroom plus den models from 807 to 1,066 square feet, and three-bedroom models from 874 to 1,058 square feet. Many of the models also include a balcony for additional outdoor floor space.
The suites at House of Assembly condos will have 9’ smooth ceilings where possible, laminate flooring throughout (except for tiled floors in washrooms and laundry closets), quartz countertops in kitchens and bathrooms, individual in-suite heating and cooling system, individual suite electricity and water meters, and more.
The building will have a number of features for the benefit of residents. These include an executive concierge service, key FOB controlled access at entry points and garage, a round floor pet wash area, a party room and lounge, a wellness centre with cardio and weight training spaces, a yoga studio, and a rooftop terrace with BBQs, dining areas, a family area, and a pet-friendly play area.
Neighbourhood Details
House of Assembly condos is located in the popular Junction Triangle neighbourhood in west Toronto. Just a short distance form Bloor Street, the location has a near perfect transit score of 98/100. This is because of the nearby subway and GO train stations that are both around a 10-minute walk away. That’s not all when it comes to transit because there are also nearby streetcar services that operate on Dundas Street W and College Street.
Those transit services will help residents travel around Toronto, but there is also plenty to see and do nearby. The area has many local businesses like cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops that are very popular with locals. A number of nearby parks offer residents some green space to enjoy, including High Park which is just a short distance to the west. Meanwhile Dufferin Mall is there for many of your shopping needs.
