JAC Condos – Development Details
The 34-storey building at JAC Condos is split into two distinct sections: a nine-storey podium level with townhomes on the lower levels and a 34-storey tower that rises out of the podium. As a result, there are four different categories of floorplans for JAC Condos – podium, tower, terrace and townhome – which can all be viewed on this page.
There are lots of models available in the JAC Condos floorplans, with layouts for the apartment units including studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus media, two-bedroom plus den, three-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom plus den and media. These apartment units range in size from 335 to 1,201 square feet and the majority of the models also come with a balcony or terrace. In addition to this, there are five condo townhome models that all have three floors, entrances on the first floor and a choice of either three or four bedrooms. The townhomes are all a similar size, ranging from 1,290 to 1,396 square feet.
Inside JAC Condos, residents will enjoy approximately 18,000 sq. ft. of amenities spread across four floors. These amenities include: a 24-hour concierge, a fully automated parcel system, a dog spa, a co-working studio, a tech lounge, a coffee bar, a study/library, a fitness studio, a yoga room and meditation studios, an E-sports lounge, a media room, a music room, and more.

JAC Condos is located in the Yonge and Wellesley neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. It will stand opposite the famous Allan Gardens and will be only a short walk away form Yonge-Dundas Square, the Eaton Centre, Ryerson University and much, much more. The wealth of amenities is shown by the high walk score of 96/100 that the location boasts.
