Liberty Market Tower is a new 28-storey condo tower currently under construction in Liberty Village, at the eastern edge of the Liberty Market Building.
Development Details
Already under construction, Liberty Market Tower will be a mixed-use building, with retail, office and residential space included. Retail will be on the ground floor, with the next six floors dedicated to office space. Above that will be the residential areas, which includes 281 units in a mix of studio to 3-bedroom layouts plus indoor and outdoor amenities exclusive to residents.
The development meets the eastern edge of the Liberty market Building – a popular community hub with restaurant, stores and more – and the design complements the historic nature of its neighbor. The development includes a three-level underground parking lot with 287 spaces.
