Few specific details are available right now for LSQ Condos. The overall LSQ masterplan includes residential condo towers, commercial buildings, retails space, parks and more. It will be an entirely new community and a place to live, work and play.
On the residential side, LSQ condos is planned to have multiple high-rise residential condo towers that will be released in several phases. Architectural plans submitted to the City of Toronto show two residential towers in one of the development blocks. The towers are 43 and 30 storeys and both have a four-storey podium level. Between them, the towers will contain 786 residential units, including 80 affordable rental units in the smaller tower B.

Neighbourhood Details
LSQ Condos is located in North York, close to the intersection of Sheppard Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue. It is at the southern edge of the Pleasant View neighbourhood and has easy access to transit and major highways, with both Highway 404 and Highway 401 close by.
There are lots of local amenities nearby, with several businesses, stores and restaurants located on Sheppard Avenue. A little farther away to the west is Fairview Mall – one of the largest malls in Toronto and a popular spot for shopping and entertainment, with a cinema and many restaurants available for visitors. Fairview Mall is also the location of the nearest subway station: Don Mills Station. That station offers a number of bus services as well as a subway service on the Sheppard Line, which takes riders west towards Yonge Street and line one of the subway system.
