Neighbourhood Details
LSQ Condos is located in North York, close to the intersection of Sheppard Avenue East and Victoria Park Avenue. It is at the southern edge of the Pleasant View neighbourhood and has easy access to transit and major highways, with both Highway 404 and Highway 401 close by.
There are lots of local amenities nearby, with several businesses, stores and restaurants located on Sheppard Avenue. A little farther away to the west is Fairview Mall – one of the largest malls in Toronto and a popular spot for shopping and entertainment, with a cinema and many restaurants available for visitors. Fairview Mall is also the location of the nearest subway station: Don Mills Station. That station offers a number of bus services as well as a subway service on the Sheppard Line, which takes riders west towards Yonge Street and line one of the subway system.
