Nuvo Condos will consist of two buildings, each eight storeys tall. The two buildings will contain 487 residential units; 165 in one building and 322 in the other. The first building will contain 165 units. That total will comprise two studio apartments, 36 one-bedroom apartments, 46 one-bedrooms plus den apartments, 67 two-bedroom apartments, eight two-bedroom plus den apartments, and six three-bedroom apartments.
Amenities will be substantial at Nuvo Condos, with the developers promising a “resort style” to the development thanks to the impressive facilities. Some of these will be located on a rooftop terrace on one of the buildings, which features a pool among other things. Others will be located inside the buildings and there will be further amenities in the community courtyard located between the two buildings.
Among the amenities on offer, there will be a outing green, outdoor sports courts with basketball nets and layouts for other sports, BBQ facilities, outdoor leisure sitting areas, a gym with Peleton bikes installed, a putting green for golf enthusiasts, a media and games room, a shared working space, Razul spas, a car wash station, a bike station, and a pet wash station.
Located in the popular, affluent town of Oakville, Nuvo Condos will be within easy reach of many impressive local amenities. There are over 200km of trails nearby, lots of green space such as Bronte Creek Provincial Park, a number of well-regarded golf courses, boutique stores and locations to eat and drink, and much more besides.
In terms of getting around, Oakville has many options that make it a popular location for commuters. Highway 403, more commonly known as the Queen Elizabeth Way, bisects the town, while Highway 407 skirts the northern edge of the town. Those two 400 series highways provide convenient options for travelling east or west. Meanwhile, the town has two GO train stations on the Lakeshore West line: Bronte Station and Oakville Station. Bronte Station can be reached in as little as 11 minutes form Nuvo Condos and offers efficient services to downtown Toronto every weekday morning.
