Introducing Pavilia Towers – an exciting new development by Times Group offering luxury condo living in Thornhill.
Development Details
Eventually, Pavilia Towers will boast two condo towers standing side by side, but the initial release is for building A (west tower) only. This building will be 40 storeys tall and will contain approximately 460 units. The layouts of the units will include one-bedroom + den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom + den, three-bedroom, and three-bedroom plus den. All units from floor two upwards will have at least one balcony or terrace, with the outdoor space ranging from 34 sq. ft. to 524 sq. ft. depending upon the unit.
Neighbourhood Details
Thornhill has long been known for its quality of life, with lots of parks, good schools and mature neighbourhoods. It is one of Ontario’s most popular communities to live in, especially for families and those looking for a reasonable commute in the GTA. The area around Pavilia Towers should resonate with those people as well because it is a growing community that offers a lot to its residents.
Located in the popular Commerce Valley of Thornhill, Markham, Pavilia Towers is close to top amenities, offers easy access to Highway 407, is minutes from Langstaff GO station, and is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood of condo towers and family homes. There are three parks in the community, including one alongside Pavilia Towers and another with a beautiful pond. On the edges of the community and a little further beyond, there are a wide range of shops, restaurant, business and offices – meaning residents can live, work and play all in the same area if they choose. A little further to the west along Highway 7, in the southern edge of Richmond Hill, there are also numerous big box stores, supermarkets, major restaurant chains and a cineplex – all a convenient and short drive from Pavilia Towers.
Transport
Situated on the highway 7 rapid transit corridor, there is regular, uninterrupted bus service that runs both east and west and can take you to Langstaff GO station in minutes, or link you up with Finch TTC Station.
In a car you have even more options because, in addition to Highway 7, Highway 407 ETR is just a stone’s throw away. Those two major arterials can quickly connect you to other major highways and put much of the GTA within a relatively easy commuting distance.
