Neighbourhood Details
Perhaps unsurprisingly, Queen Church condos is located at the intersection of Queen St East and Church Street. That places it at the southern edge of the Garden District and in a prime downtown location within walking distance of many amenities and attractions. The entrance to the Eaton Centre is just 400m away, Yonge-Dundas Square and Ryerson University are 700m, Toronto City Hall is 750m, Scotiabank Arena is 1.3km, Sugar Beach is 1.5km, and the CN Tower and Rogers Centre are only km away. That’s just a brief highlight of what there is nearby, and of course there is much more in terms of local amenities, shops, services, restaurants and more.
For getting around, the options will be almost endless. The Queen Street streetcar service has a westbound stop just outside Queen Church condos, and an eastbound stop on the opposite side of the intersection. With Yonge Street so close, that also means there are subway stations just a short distance away. Queen Station is just 270m away, King Station is 650m, and Dundas Station is slightly farther at 700m. For longer journeys, Union Station is just 1.2km away and offers bus and rail services to elsewhere in the GTA and Ontario.
