Residences at Bluffers Park will have two condo towers with a driveway separating them. Tower A will be the tallest of the two towers, with 23 storeys and 327 residential units. that will range in size from 309 to 990 sq. ft. and have layouts from studio to three bedrooms. Tower A will have a larger footprint and will have 13 storeys containing 224 units from 375 to 1,096 sq. ft. and with layouts from one bedroom to three bedrooms plus den. According to planning applications submitted to the City of Toronto, Residences at Bluffers Park will have approximately 24,000 sq. ft. of amenity space with just under half of that indoors and the remainder outdoors.
There will be three underground levels shared between the two towers and these will contain car parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces and storage lockers. In total, the development will have 564 parking spaces (482 for residents and 82 for visitors) and a sizeable number of spaces for electric vehicles. For bicycles, there will be 552 spaces, 496 of which will be long-term spaces.
