Building Amenities
Neighbourhood Details
Saisons is part of the Concord Park Place development, which is a popular location among condo investors and includes other buildings such as Season I and Season II. The development is part of the upscale Bayview Village which offers a variety of shops and amenities.
Within a short walk you will find major retailers like Canadian Tire, Ikea, MEC and Mark’s. Still within walking distance to the west is Bayview Village shopping centre – a high-end community mall featuring many upscale and boutique stores. In the opposite direction is Fairview Mall, which has over 170 stores and services, plus a cineplex theatre.
Transport
Saisons has an excellent transport score of 70 because of its proximity to TTC subway lines, a GO train station, and major highways. Both Bessarion and Leslie TTC subway stations are within a short walk of the building and put travellers on the Sheppard Subway line and a 40-minute journey away from Union Station in downtown Toronto. Oriole GO Station is less than a block to the south of the site, at Leslie and Highway 401, and sits on one of the main north-south GO Train services to Union Station.
For the convenience of residents, the Concord Park Place community features a shuttle bus service as part of the condo fees that takes residents of the community to the subway and GO station as schedules permit.
When travelling by car, you can reach Highway 401 in as little as three minutes, while Highway 404 and the DVP are less than ten minutes’ drive away. That provides a wide variety of options for commuters, with much of the GTA within easy reach, whether travelling by car or using public transport.
