Development Details – Seasons Upper House
Seasons condos and Seasons II are part of the Concord Park Place masterplan located in a high demand North York. The plan includes several residential projects, including the popular Saisons and Kings Landing developments by Concord. Seasons Upper House is the latest release in this masterplan and consists of upper floor units in Season I and II.
The available suites have two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom layouts and these range from 750 to 1,090 square feet. Each of the available models includes a balcony and these range in size from 138 to 175 square feet. The suites come with a number of features as standard, including Miele appliances, Blum kitchen hardware, Miele washer/dryer, composite quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, and Kohler/Grohe bathroom plumbing fixtures.
The two buildings are designed with luxury in mind and come with some impressive amenities, like a grand lobby, piano lounge, tea room, various sports courts and facilities, swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, gym, yoga room, kids’ splash pool, kids’ play corner, BBQ patio, dance studio, formal ballroom, and wine tasting lounge.
Seasons Upper House is located in the new Concord Park Place condo community on North York, which is on Sheppard Avenue about halfway between Bayview Avenue and Leslie Street. It is part of the prestigious Bayview Village neighbourhood that has good schools, well-established amenities, and high-demand real estate. In the immediate vicinity of the development is a shopping area with an Ikea and a Canadian Tire, among others.
One of the best features of the development is that there is a subway station just steps away. Bessarion Station stands at the northwest corner of Concord Park Place, just a 400m walk away from Seasons condos and Seasons II. That station is on the TTC’s Sheppard subway line, running east to Fairview Mall and west to Yonge-Sheppard station where passengers can connect to north-south services on the Yonge-University line. Meanwhile, less than a kilometre to the west is Oriole GO station – a train station offering regular services to downtown Toronto that take as little as 29 minutes
This is also an area very familiar to Living Realty and our agents, as our North York office is less than 300m away from this new community. Want to hear insights about the area and learn more about Seasons Upper House? Register today and connect with one of our agents.
