Rising up 95 storeys and 1,028 feet, Sky Tower will be the stand out feature of Pinnacle International’s impressive, multi-stage development at one of Toronto’s most famous addresses. Parking spaces will be available to purchase with 2-bedroom units and larger and will cost $80,000. Maintenance fees are expected to be approximately $0.67/sq. ft. per month, with hydro at an additional cost.
Amenities at Sky Tower at Pinnacle One Yonge will include and outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, an outdoor terrace with BBQ areas, a fitness centre and yoga room, a dining room, a party room, a study room, and indoor play areas for kids. The One Yonge site will also be home to a new City of Toronto-operated community centre with a variety of recreational facilities including a 25m swimming pool.
