The Clover on Yonge is a new high-rise condo project in Toronto by Concord that is nearing completion.
The Clover on Yonge Development Details
Construction on the project was started in 2017 and it was launched by a different developer. However, the project went into receivership this year and its future looked uncertain. Fortunately, that uncertainty has now gone as a deal for Concord Pacific to take ownership of the project has now been approved.
With progress on The Clover on Yonge condos now set to continue, buyers can look forward to an impressive high-rise condo in downtown Toronto with a range of large units that will be ready for owners to move into in the near future.
As can be seen from the construction image in the gallery on this page, construction has progressed well. The original completion date was expected to be near to the end of 2020 and, while this date will probably be pushed back slightly, buyers can expect to take possession of their suites in the near future.
The suites come in a range of sizes and are quite large for a downtown Toronto condo. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts which range from 603 to 1,260 square feet, offering spacious layouts for residents. In total there are 499 units in the 44-storey building along with a wide variety of amenities located on the third, fourth and sixth levels. These amenities include but are not limited to a theatre room, coffee bar, meeting room, gym, yoga room, library, outdoor pool, lounge, kitchen, and guest suites.
The Clover on Yonge is located in the Church and Wellesley neighbourhood in downtown Toronto. It’s an area packed full of amenities, with Yonge and Bloor a short walk to the north and Yonge and Dundas a little farther to the south. That means residents of The Clover on Yonge will be able to enjoy some of the bets that downtown Toronto has to offer.
With Wellesley subway station just 200m away from The Clover on Yonge and Bloor-Yonge station only a little farther, there are also lots of choices for travelling elsewhere in the city. The close proximity of the subway helps the location attain an excellent 92/100 transit score, while the sheer volume of local amenities ensure a near-perfect 99/100 walk score. Those getting around on two wheels can also enjoy decent biking infrastructure and a 96/100 bike score. In short, if you live at The Clover on Yonge, you’ll find most of the things you need right at your doorstep.
