The Clover on Yonge

The Clover on Yonge is a new high-rise condo project in Toronto by Concord that is nearing completion.
The Clover on Yonge Development Details
Construction on the project was started in 2017 and it was launched by a different developer. However, the project went into receivership this year and its future looked uncertain. Fortunately, that uncertainty has now gone as a deal for Concord Pacific to take ownership of the project has now been approved.
With progress on The Clover on Yonge condos now set to continue, buyers can look forward to an impressive high-rise condo in downtown Toronto with a range of large units that will be ready for owners to move into in the near future.
As can be seen from the construction image in the gallery on this page, construction has progressed well. The original completion date was expected to be near to the end of 2020 and, while this date will probably be pushed back slightly, buyers can expect to take possession of their suites in the near future.
The suites come in a range of sizes and are quite large for a downtown Toronto condo. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts which range from 603 to 1,260 square feet, offering spacious layouts for residents. In total there are 499 units in the 44-storey building along with a wide variety of amenities located on the third, fourth and sixth levels. These amenities include but are not limited to a theatre room, coffee bar, meeting room, gym, yoga room, library, outdoor pool, lounge, kitchen, and guest suites.
