In addition to a green roof on the building, there will also be a new park created at the southwest corner of the development.
The building will include 33,014 sq. ft. of retail space, mostly at grade. There will be three levels of parking at The Dupont, with 88 visitor spaces on the first floor and 301 residential spaces on two underground parking levels. The first underground level of parking will have 45 EV parking spaces. There will also be 180 storage lockers located on those underground levels, which will likely be available to purchase with select suites.
