Tretti Condos – a new condo community that is set to rise in a popular North York neighbourhood with great access to transit
About Tretti Condos
Phase one of Tretti Condos is a 13-storey condo with 340 units inside. The building has a rather unique shape, with three sections stretching out from the main building, making it resemble the letter E from above. The units themselves come in a range of sizes and shapes. The smallest units are 398 square feet studio apartments, while the largest are over 800 square feet and have two or three bedrooms. That makes this a development suitable for both individuals and families, and the amenities on offer suggest this as well. In addition to features like a fitness centre, rooftop patio with barbecues, co-working space, and dining room, there will also be a party room, pet-friendly playground and an indoor children’s playground.
Neighbourhood
Tretti Condos is located in the Clanton Park neighbourhood – a well-established North York neighbourhood that has seen a number of new condos built in recent years. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including Yorkdale Mall, which is just one stop to the south on the subway, and a large shopping plaza on Wilson Avenue that has major stores like Home Depot, Costco, and Best Buy. Meanwhile, there are a wide range of restaurants and cafes in the area, with enough options to cover just about every taste. For outdoor activities, nearby Earl Bales Park is a popular spot, covering 127 acres and offering skiing on the winter.
Transit
Access to the TTC subway is perhaps the best feature of Tretti Condos. An entrance to Wilson station is just 250 metres away, putting it literally at your doorstep. That station is on the western side of line 1 and the regular services can transport you to downtown Toronto in around 22 minutes. That kind of commute is almost priceless and will be a big selling point for Tretti Condos. It’s not just the subway, of course, because there is also a bus terminal at Wilson station and drivers have easy access to Highway 401, which is just a four-minute drive away.
