About Tretti Condos
Phase one of Tretti Condos is a 13-storey condo with 340 units inside. The building has a rather unique shape, with three sections stretching out from the main building, making it resemble the letter E from above. Transit
Access to the TTC subway is perhaps the best feature of Tretti Condos. An entrance to Wilson station is just 250 metres away, putting it literally at your doorstep. That station is on the western side of line 1 and the regular services can transport you to downtown Toronto in around 22 minutes. That kind of commute is almost priceless and will be a big selling point for Tretti Condos. It’s not just the subway, of course, because there is also a bus terminal at Wilson station and drivers have easy access to Highway 401, which is just a four-minute drive away.
