Verge is a two-phase development, with two condo buildings stood on the south-west side of The Queensway and Islington Avenue. The buildings will stand on a 3.25-acre site and will have a dedicated park in-between them.

Verge Condos is located at the junction of The Queensway and Islington Avenue, to the north of the parking lot for Cineplex. It’s an area with lots of amenities for residents, with many stores, businesses and services nearby plus a range of parks and Lake Ontario just a short drive away.
This is a great access point for getting to other parts of Toronto and the GTA. The Gardiner Expressway is just a minute away and Highway 427 and the QEW can both be reached in a matter of minutes. Those aren’t the only options for getting around for residents of Verge Condos. Kipling and Mimico GO stations are both nearby, with the journey to both stations taking as little as eight minutes. With regular services to and from Toronto at both stations, that presents additional options for people looking to get around.
