Introducing 88 Nashville – a new collection of luxury detached homes in the desirable community of Kleinburg, Vaughan, coming soon from StateView Homes
Neighbourhood Details
With a wonderfully preserved historic main street, beautiful luxury homes, and surrounded by seemingly endless green space, Kleinburg village is one of the most well-heeled places to live in the Greater Toronto Area. It is the kind of place where you get to know your neighbours and the strong community spirit is evident in some of the well-known festivals held in the village, such as the Binder Twine Festival which has been running since the 1800s. The village is also known for its artistic side and is the home to the McMichael Art Gallery which boasts a wonderful collection of paintings by Tom Thomson and the Group of Seven, as well as collections of work by various Frist Nations and Inuit artists.
Transport
On the edge of the countryside, there isn’t too much in the way of public transport in Kleinburg. That doesn’t matter too much because the village is on a great location from which to access the rest of the GTA by car. Highway 27 runs just to the west of the village and can quickly get you to Highway 407 ETR and Highway 427 to the south. There are also several major East-West arterial roads nearby like Highway 7, Rutherford Road and Major Mackenzie Drive, which can easily connect you to other parts fo the GTA.
