Daniels MPV2 is a new condo and townhome development in Brampton and is the first phase in the city’s largest low-carbon master-planned community.

As part of an eco-friendly community, Daniels MPV2 will have two energy efficient mid-rise condo towers and 120 fossil fuel-free, net zero energy condo townhomes.
The two condo towers will be 14 storeys (east tower) and 11 storeys (west tower) and boast a number of eco-friendly features. Utilizing Geoexchange for low-carbon heating and cooling, it will offer a 54% reduction in carbon operating emissions, use 23% less energy and have a 71% reduction in fossil fuel consumption compared to similar buildings.
The 120 townhomes will be net zero carbon operating, with 100% of energy consumed in suite produced by solar panels. Compared to similar townhome developments, the townhomes at MPV2 will use 50% less energy and offer a 100% reduction in fossil fuel consumption.
The units at Daniels MPV2 come in a range of shapes and sizes. The townhomes are arranged in six blocks of back-to-back stacked townhomes and one block of stacked townhomes. There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom models, with the units ranging in size from 546 to 1,346 sq. ft. in indoor floor space, plus additional outdoor space. The condo suites in the two towers have studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom plus den layouts, with these ranging in size from 431 to 877 sq. ft. in indoor floor space. Most of the condo units have additional outdoor space, with either a balcony or a terrace.
At MPV2, there will be over 7,500 sq. ft. of indoor amenities and over 8,000 sq. ft. of outdoor amenities. The indoor amenities will include a games lounge, party room, social lounge, active zone, co-working space, circular economy hub, kids’ club, fitness centre, fitness studio and pet wash station. Meanwhile, the outdoor amenities will includes such things as a lounge area, children’s play area, BBQs and dining areas, and a community garden.
Neighbourhood Details
To add to the green credentials of Daniels MPV2, the development is located just a short walk away from Mount Pleasant GO train station. The station is less than 1km away from the development and offers services to downtown Toronto, allowing residents to take a greener and more relaxing trip or commute.
There are lots of other local amenities nearby as well. The development is located on the western edge of Brampton but is within reach of many parks and shopping plazas. The closest amenities are located at the same junction as MPV2, with a schools and huge sports field on the southeast corner of the junction, a driving range on the southwest corner, and a farm market on the northwest corner.
