The first phase of Angus Glen South Village will see the development of 44 townhomes and 95 detached homes. The collection of townhomes will all be rear-lane towns with attached double garages at the rear, three floors, a large terrace at the rear of the second level and a balcony on the third-floor accessible form the master bedroom. There are ten townhome models in total, with eight of them having three-bedroom layouts and the remaining two offering four bedrooms. The floorplans range from 2,050 to 2,700 square feet in above grade floor space.

There are a wide range of models available for detached homes at Angus Glen South Village. The are split into five different collections and offer a variety of shapes and sizes. The detached models have from three to five bedrooms and range in size from 2,530 to 6,010 square feet. All the homes have attached garages, some at the rear but the majority at the front. All garages fit at least two cars but the larger homes have additional garage space for at least three cars.

The homes at Angus Glen South Village come with a number of luxury features. This includes:

Neighbourhood Details

Angus Glen South Village is part of a new Markham neighbourhood being developed on the site of York Downs golf club, just to the north of Unionville. It’s an area surrounded by luxury homes, top-ranking schools, and an abundance of amenities, parks, and recreational areas and facilities. The new neighbourhood will add to the green space in the area with parks, trails and natural spaces woven into the design of the area.

In terms of travel throughout the GTA, the neighbourhood is ideally located. Highway 404 is just a short drive away and offers easy access to other major highways and popular locations across the GTA. For transit to downtown Toronto, both Centennial and Unionville GO transit stations are within easy reach of the new neighbourhood and are on the Stouffville line which provides daily services to Union station in the heart of downtown Toronto.
