Lake Suites is the second phase of residential development at Lakeside Residences. It stands to the south-west of the first phase and is separated by an L-shaped community area with gardens and walkways. This tower will rise 39 storeys high – offering spectacular views of Lake Ontario from the mid-to-higher floors.

Sales began last year for Lake Suites and many of the smaller units have sold out. However, there are still larger units remaining and they come with lots of incentives. The remaining units have 2-bedroom plus den or 3-bedroom layouts and range in size from 845 to 1,101 square feet. All remaining units have additional outdoor space in the form of either a balcony or terrace, depending on the floor.
