Neighbourhood Details
Seasons Upper House is located in the new Concord Park Place condo community on North York, which is on Sheppard Avenue about halfway between Bayview Avenue and Leslie Street. It is part of the prestigious Bayview Village neighbourhood that has good schools, well-established amenities, and high-demand real estate. In the immediate vicinity of the development is a shopping area with an Ikea and a Canadian Tire, among others.
One of the best features of the development is that there is a subway station just steps away. Bessarion Station stands at the northwest corner of Concord Park Place, just a 400m walk away from Seasons condos and Seasons II. That station is on the TTC’s Sheppard subway line, running east to Fairview Mall and west to Yonge-Sheppard station where passengers can connect to north-south services on the Yonge-University line. Meanwhile, less than a kilometre to the west is Oriole GO station – a train station offering regular services to downtown Toronto that take as little as 29 minutes
This is also an area very familiar to Living Realty and our agents, as our North York office is less than 300m away from this new community. Want to hear insights about the area and learn more about Seasons Upper House? Register today and connect with one of our agents.
