Westerly Condos is the condominium part of a two-tower development that will have a condominium building alongside a purpose-built rental building. The building will be 20 storeys tall and have 257 residential suites inside. These suites come in a range of layouts, offering floorplans for one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedrooms and three bedrooms. These suites will range from 502 to 1,120 sq. ft. in indoor floorspace. On most floors, the four corner units will have additional outdoor space in the form of a balcony.

Westerly Condos is located at Bloor and Islington on the eastern edge of Etobicoke in Toronto. It is just a six-minute walk away from Islington subway station, which is on the east-west Bloor-Danforth line of Toronto’s subway’s system. Also within easy reach, at a distance of just 1.8km, is Kipling TTC and GO station, which offers subway services as well as train services to downtown Toronto. That makes this an ideal location for anyone who works in or wants easy access to downtown as the travel times are much shorter than many other parts of the city. From Kipling GO station, the journey to Union station takes just 20 minutes, with services departing every 30 minutes at peak times. Mean while, the subway journey from Islington station to Bloor-Yonge station takes as little as 22 minutes.

While travel times to elsewhere in the city are an obvious benefit of Westerly condos, the local area is also full of things to do.
