Development Details – Richmond Hill Grace
Located on Jefferson Side Road, Richmond Hill Grace is an assorted collection of contemporary and luxurious townhomes. There are 96 homes in total in the development, split into nine townhome blocks. The different models of townhome are split into four categories: Urban townhomes, Back 2 back townhomes, Rear lane townhomes and, front load townhomes.
The urban towns have two- and three-bedroom floorplans and range in size from 855 to 1,385 square feet. Each of the models has a patio and balcony, and some of the larger models also have a rooftop terrace. There are two back 2 back models, which are 1,530 and 1,705 square feet. These models have an attached double garage, two floors of living space, three bedrooms, a rooftop terrace, a balcony, and a patio.
The traditional rear-lane and front load towns are generally larger. The rear lane towns have either three bedrooms plus an optional den or four bedrooms. They have three floors of living space, large rooftop terraces, a patio, a balcony, and from 1,905 to 2,550 sq. ft. of floor space. The three front load models range from 2,305 to 2,970 sq. ft. and have three-bedroom layouts with an optional den. These models have a single garage at the front, a driveway, three floors of living space, plus a balcony, rooftop terrace and a yard.
Maintenance at Richmond Hill Grace is expected to be approximately $249 per month and will include exterior window cleaning, internet, garbage and snow removal, general upkeep and maintenance of grounds, building insurance, and property management.
Neighbourhood Details
Richmond Hill Grace is located in a popular area of Richmond Hill on Jefferson Side Road and close to Yonge Street. There are two ponds on the opposite side of Jefferson Side Road to the development and nearby entrances to extensive nature trails, making this a great location for nature lovers. A little farther away are some other natural highlights of Richmond Hill, such as Lake Wilcox, Jefferson Forest and a variety of trails.
For schools, Richmond Hill Grace is located in the school boundaries of Moraine Hills elementary school and Richmond Hill High School, which is ranked in the top 50 secondary schools in Ontario. As such, this development is likely to prove to be popular with families with children.
In terms of getting around, there are two GO train stations within easy reach of the development: Gormley station at Stouffville Road and Highway 404, and Richmond Hill station at Major Mackenzie Drive and Yonge Street. Both of those stations can be reached relatively quickly and are on the same line offering services to downtown Toronto. Meanwhile, for those commuting by car, Highway 404 is just a few minutes’ drive away and offers quick connections to other areas in the GTA.
