Introducing Brightwater – a new waterfront community of condos and towns in Mississauga.
Development Details – Brightwater
Brightwater is a huge new community on the shores of Lake Ontario and will provide almost 3000 new homes. This new community will include over 2500 condo units, over 400 townhomes, over 300,000 square feet of retail, office and commercial space, a community centre, an elementary school, and over 18 acres of public park and open space. It will almost eb like a self-contained town itself.
Brightwater is being built by four developers: Kilmer Group, DiamondCorp, Dream and FRAM+Slokker. They will join forces to create one of the most impressive and desirable master-planned communities in the Greater Toronto Area.
The first release in the development was for Brightwater I and II condos. This project will be completed in May 2023, has 310 condo units, and has prices starting from the low $500,000s. Sales have been strong so far but units remain and are available to purchase now.
The next release will be Brightwater Towns, which is coming in early 2021. The release of a large number of townhomes close to the lakeshore is sure to generate high demand, so do not delay: register with us today for more details and VIP access.
