Homestead  – a 2,823 or 2,764 sq. ft. model with a 65 sq. ft. finished basement foyer, and four or five bedrooms on the second floor.

Homecoming – a 3,002 or 3,043 sq. ft. home with an 88 sq. ft. finished basement foyer and four bedrooms on the second floor or an optional second floor layout with an additional bedroom

Harmony – this model has 3,175 or 3,224 sq. ft. floorplans, an 83 sq. ft. finished basement foyer and either four or five bedrooms on the second floor.

Heirloom – a 3,359 or 3,415 sq. ft. model. This home has a 90 sq. ft. finished basement foyer and four bedrooms on the second floor.

Hallmark – a model with 3,562 or 3,608 sq. ft. layouts, an 81 sq. ft. finished basement foyer, and four bedrooms plus a “teen retreat” on the second floor.

All of the models at Hometown Hillsdale have an attached double garage with direct indoor access where grade permits. The homes are set to come with large gardens at the rear and will be on 50′, 60′ and 100′ lots with depths of between 120′ and 200′.
