Springwater Markham is located at the northern edge of Markham, close to the junction of Elgin Mills Road E and Woodbine Avenue. It is one of the lesser-developed areas of Markham, with open fields to the north and east. That doesn’t mean it is far from amenities, however, with the centres of Markham and Richmond Hill both nearby. Because of this, residents will find almost all the local amenities they need within easy reach.
