Georgina Heights is a community of new detached homes by Treasure Hill in the lakeside community of Keswick.

All the models at Georgina Heights are singe-family, detached homes that are on 40’ or 50’ lots. There is a wide variety of models and they range in size from 1,218 sq. ft. bungalows to 4,062 sq. ft. two storey homes. With such a wide range of sizes, there are also lots of different layouts. The smallest homes have two-bedroom floorplans. Some homes have three bedrooms, but most of the larger homes have four or five bedrooms and many include additional upstairs space such as a family room or media loft.
According to the floorplans for Georgina Heights, all the homes have attached double garages with direct indoor access where grade permits.
Homes at Georgina Heights will come with the option of Treasure Hill’s “Genius” package. Georgina Heights is located in the heart of Keswick – a community that is part of Georgina township on the south shores of Lake Simcoe. The area provides a perfect balance between work, play and relaxation. Locally, there are all the amenities you would expect in a modern and growing location. Of course, there’s also Lake Simcoe, which has cottagers and day-trippers flocking to the area throughout the summer.
For anyone needed to travel towards the GTA, the highway 404 extension was completed several years ago and the highway now reaches to the edge of Keswick – providing quick and efficient travel to the south. In the future, there are plans to build a 404 to 400 link road that will lie a short distance to the south of Keswick and provide my travelling options for the area.
