Development Details

9^th & Main consist of two buildings joined together by a central archway. The buildings contain condo units, two-storey lofts, and townhomes, which come in a variety of sizes and layouts.

Two-storey townhomes take up the bottom two floors of 9^th and Main. There are two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom plus den models and these are all between 1,510 sq. ft. and 1,975 sq. ft. in floor area. In the loft collection, there are layouts with two bedrooms, three bedrooms plus a den, and three bedrooms plus a den and a study. These layouts range in size from 1,975 sq. ft. to 2,200 sq. ft. and the lofts all have their entrances on the seventh storey of the buildings and a second floor above that.

A parking space is included with the purchase of any unit and some of the larger units including lofts and townhomes, come with two spaces. In addition to this, there are various amenities that residents of 9^th & Main will be able to enjoy, such as a media lounge, party room, children’s play room, fitness centre, library, theatre room, and even a golf simulator.

9^th & Main condos + towns is located in popular Whitchurch-Stouffville. The town has grown considerably over the last two decades, with people attracted by the reasonable commuter distances, lower property prices, and good standard of living in a place that has the motto “Country close to the city.” In terms of amenities, almost everything you need is nearby. 9^th & Main is close to Main Street in Whitchurch-Stouffville, which is the beating heart of the municipality and is filled with shops, restaurants and various other interesting spots such as the Nineteen on the Park arts and entertainment centre.

Transport

One of the reasons that Whitchurch-Stouffville has grown is the great options for commuters. With plenty of major and minor highways that are easily accessible form the town, it’s one of the best places for drivers. Markham, Richmond Hill and Aurora can all be reached within 25 minutes and the journey to Toronto is much longer.

You can also choose to leave your car at home because there is a GO train station in the centre of Whitchurch-Stouffville which offers services to downtown Toronto via Markham, Scarborough and the Danforth among others. The journey to Union Station in downtown Toronto takes just under an hour at peak times and offers a hassle-free ride into the city.
