Richlands is a brand-new community on the northeast side of Elgin Mills & Leslie and close to the in-demand Rouge Woods neighbourhood. As part of the Richlands development, Fieldgate Homes is releasing a range of home styles: towns, semis and fully detached homes.The townhomes range in size from 2,180 sq. ft. to 3,184 sq. ft. and each layout offers three floors of above-grade living space and an attached garage. Most layouts have three bedrooms, with the exception of the largest model, which has four. The semi-detached homes all boast four bedrooms and come with an attached, single garage. There is a choice between two and three storey layouts and the size of the homes ranges from 2,313 sq. ft. to 3,017 sq. ft.
There is a great variety of detached home layouts to choose from, with some of the units on 35’ lots and the remainder on 43’ lots. The 35’ lot layouts all have attached double garages and four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the upper floor. Most models have two floors of above-grade living space, except for the two largest layouts, which have three floors and an additional guest bedroom on the lowest level. These units range in size from 2,645 sq. ft to 3,800 sq. ft.
The 43’ detached layouts are even larger, ranging from 3,128 sq. ft. to 4,611 sq. ft. Because of the larger size, these models come with a minimum four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and as many as five bedrooms in the larger layouts. As with the 35’ layouts, these homes all come with attached double garages.
One of the main benefits of Richlands is its proximity to Highway 404. The highway is just 1.5km away from the entrance to the community and can give you easy access to the rest of the GTA – whether you plan on driving to downtown Toronto, connecting to highway 407 and 401 to head east or west, or heading north to enjoy cottage country.
Don’t fancy going all the way in your car? You’re in luck because Richmond Hill GO train station is just an 8-minute drive away. From there, you can catch a train to Union Station and either head off into downtown Toronto or continue your journey to elsewhere in Ontario.
